Yes. Sampling is part of the development process and is arranged as a paid project stage. The sample scope and fee are confirmed for the individual project.

No. Samples are paid because they involve development, materials and production work specific to the project.

After the design and technical direction are reviewed, a prototype or sample is produced for evaluation. Fit, finish, detailing and production readiness can then be reviewed before approval.

D Marjan presents development directions using acetate, titanium, TR90, metal and selected technical materials. The suitable material is confirmed against the design, construction and project requirements.

Lens options can be discussed as part of the collection specification. The suitable construction, finish and compatibility must be reviewed for the selected frame and project.

Packaging development can be coordinated as part of a collection project. Structure, branding and presentation direction are reviewed against the approved brief.

Quality review is coordinated through material, construction, finish, assembly and final-production inspection stages relevant to the approved project specification.

No. Manufacturing is coordinated through our Shenzhen eyewear factory. Guangzhou and Dubai support product presentation, client communication, showroom visits and project coordination.

We work with clients who have a real eyewear project, such as a new brand launch, a private-label collection, an existing brand extension, an optical retail programme or a distribution project. A clear product direction, target market, budget range and expected quantity help us recommend the right route.

ODM uses a ready-developed DMARJAN design with an existing mould, helping a brand start with a shorter development path. OEM is a new product development project built around your own design direction, structure, materials and specifications. The right route depends on your desired uniqueness, budget, quantity and launch plan.

Depending on the selected style and production feasibility, ODM customization may include frame colour, lens colour, your brand logo and limited design refinements. The existing frame structure, dimensions and mould cannot be changed. A structural change may require a new OEM development route.

Yes. You may share a sketch, AI visual, reference frame or inspiration image. We use it to understand your preferred direction, then review design feasibility, material options, production route and intellectual-property boundaries before confirming a project plan.

The standard MOQ for fully customized eyewear is 300 pairs per model. Projects using verified existing moulds may start from 100 pairs per model. Eligible first orders from new customers may also start from 100 pairs per model in up to two colours, subject to project review. Sports eyewear normally starts from 500 pairs per model.

No. DMARJAN produces eyewear to order and does not offer ready stock, 10-piece orders or free samples. We can discuss an appropriate sample or first-order route after reviewing your project.

A standard sample order usually includes three finished sample pairs. The final quantity, colours, configuration, fee and shipping arrangement are confirmed in the project quotation.

Finished sample development normally takes approximately 30–50 days after the design and specifications are frozen, the required sample route is confirmed and the agreed payment conditions are met. Timing varies with design complexity, material availability, tooling, special processes and revisions.

Bulk production begins after the applicable sample or production specification is approved, the required payment has been received and verified, and the project is formally released for production.

After production release, acetate eyewear normally takes approximately 40–50 days and metal eyewear approximately 50–60 days. TR90, sports eyewear, mould-dependent projects and special materials or processes are confirmed project by project. Production time and international transit time are separate.

We provide a project schedule based on approved specifications, payment status, production planning and the selected shipping route. Lead times are planning ranges, not unconditional delivery guarantees. Any binding delivery commitment must be stated in the applicable commercial documents.

Quality requirements are defined for each project through the approved specifications, materials, finishes, logo, assembly and inspection requirements. Sample approval supports bulk-production preparation but does not replace the agreed inspection and release checks for each order.

Testing and certification requirements must be discussed before quotation. The applicable standards, scope, documents, cost, timing and issuing party depend on the product and target market and are confirmed project by project.

Unless otherwise stated in the official quotation, PI or contract, custom eyewear projects normally use 20% project initiation payment, 40% bulk-production payment and 40% final balance. Sample-only orders, tooling, special materials, testing and custom packaging may use different terms.

Depending on the project, invoicing entity, customer location and settlement currency, payment may be arranged by corporate bank transfer, secure credit-card payment, PayPal or other methods confirmed in writing. Please pay only to a company account or secure channel shown in an official DMARJAN quotation, PI or contract.

Freight is included only when the official quotation or PI clearly says so. The applicable Incoterm, shipping method, insurance, duties, taxes, customs clearance and local-delivery responsibilities are confirmed for each project.

Depending on the order, destination and service availability, DMARJAN may offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP. DDP is available only after the destination, customs, duties, taxes and carrier service have been reviewed.

Eyewear is normally shipped by air. Indicative transit time is approximately 7–10 days for most destinations and 10–15 days for certain countries or regions. Larger eyewear-case orders may use sea freight, which is typically around 30–60 days depending on the route and service. Transit times are estimates and are separate from production time.
